Say what? House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Osama bin Laden

During a September 8, 2006 press conference regarding Osama bin Laden, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) declared:

“[T]he damage that he has done is done. And even to capture him now I don’t think makes us any safer.”

Apparently, Mrs. Pelosi doesn’t believe the terrorist mastermind who orchestrated 9/11 is a threat to the United States.  And the Democrats wonder why Americans think they’re soft on security…
